WHAT IS IT?
The Spinner is an off-skate training device made of a simple nylon pad that simulates the movements and sensations of the athlete on ice. It helps to improve posture, balance, orientation and agility.
Practical and light, it can be carried everywhere.
WHAT IS IT USED FOR?
It is very useful for warm-up exercises before training and competitions. Help to develop and train good skating posture, balance, orientation and control. You can train the control of the pressure points and edges.

WHERE TO USE IT

HOW TO USE...
Place your bare foot on spinner with toes toward the wide end.
Start turning and try to feel the pressure points.
Then push from the free leg and slowly spin.
